  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Warm the honey in a small saucepan or microwave until it is slightly runny.
  7. Drizzle the warm honey over the pancakes. Garnish with fresh berries or sliced fruit if desired. Serve and enjoy!
